Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a static page and does not ask you for any personal information. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — how many people visit and which pages they view — which sets cookies in your browser. We run no advertising pixels and we sell no data. Checkout is handled by Gumroad, not by us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to measure aggregate traffic: visit counts, referring sources, page views, approximate location (country or region) and device type. GA4 sets cookies and shares this usage data with Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy. We use it only to understand how the site performs in aggregate and do not attempt to identify individual visitors. To opt out across all websites, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

What is stored in your browser

If you use the light/dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key psd-theme so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device, is not linked to you in any way, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Requesting a font from those services discloses your IP address and browser details to them under their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from those requests.

Buying the workbook

Checkout is handled entirely by Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad collects your email address and payment details and processes them as the merchant of record under its own privacy policy and terms. We receive the purchase record — including the email address you used — from Gumroad, and we use it only to deliver your download, send updates to the edition you bought, and answer support or refund requests. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to a marketing list.

Hosting

Like any website, our host may keep standard server access logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us what purchase information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@practicesystemdesign.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Deletion requests that would conflict with tax or accounting record-keeping obligations will be honoured to the extent the law allows.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
